As a result we fully integrate sustainable and responsible business practices into the very heart of our organisation and have signed to the UN PRI to signify our commitment By taking a comprehensively sustainable approach to project design and investment, Drapac has repeatedly proved that sustainability is a key component of any successful decision.

Comprehensively Sustainable Development (CSD)

Drapac is redefining value-for-money in its commercial projects through the compelling argument that the smartest investment decision a business can make is to provide an optimal work environment for staff. An optimal physical environment is achieved by comprehensively addressing all elements within the built form which contribute to broader sustainability objectives.

We believe these broader objectives include social sustainability, cultural sustainability and environmental sustainability. Drapac has developed the concept of Comprehensively Sustainable Development (CSD) to define this approach.
