Roslyn Park was a 32-hectare residential land subdivision located on Coburns Road in Melton, approximately 35 kilometres west of the Melbourne CBD. Drapac purchased the site in 1998 and obtained planning permits allowing for subdivision to create up to 300 housing lots. Drapac completed the development of Stage 1 in December 2003, which consisted of 41 residential lots, 24 medium density lots and one commercial lot.

Drapac sold the balance of the development to an adjoining developer in 2003.
