Laurimar, the largest Drapac project to date, was a masterplanned residential land subdivision consisting of 2,500 lots, designed on our proprietary Comprehensively Sustainable Development (CSD) platform.
The project, on 334 hectares of residential land, is situated 30 kilometres north east of the Melbourne CBD.
Laurimar was recognised for excellence, receiving numerous awards including the 2001 HIA Green Smart Pilkington Development of the Year Award, the 2001 Sustainable Energy Authority of Victoria Energy Smart Housing Award and the 2004 Master Builders of Victoria award for Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings.
Laurimar was sold to developer Delfin Lend Lease in early 2006.
