Forest Park Estate was a landmark coastal development undertaken by Drapac in the town of Fairhaven, approximately 125 kilometres south-west of Melbourne on Victoria's Surf Coast. Commencing in 1998 and completed in 2001, Forest Park Estate was undertaken in a sensitive environmental area. Incorporating 85 lots over 12.29 hectares of land, Forest Park Estate included a number of flora and fauna reserves designed to protect the sensitive natural habitat.

Forest Park Estate is still recognised as one of Victoria's premier coastal subdivisions, successfully balancing commercial returns with environmental sustainability.
