Drapac acquired this major development site at the eastern end of Melbourne's Latrobe Street in August 2004.

The site consisted of 4,000 square metres of vacant land fronting MacKenzie Street and represented one of the last major redevelopment opportunities in the eastern end of the CBD and was sold to residential developers in 2008.
