Allure offers 14 contemporary terrace homes built on traditional concepts. Located in Parkville, Melbourne and designed by renowned architects Peddle Thorp, Allure comprises a mix of homes of various sizes with a minimum of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom configurations, open plan living, lofty ceilings, private open spaces, lock-up garages and modern luxuries. Adjacent to the Royal Park Golf Course, all the terrace houses have been designed to a six star energy rating.
The concept for the project evolved out of the neighbouring heritage properties, in particular Cumnock House. Cumnock House is an important heritage building with a National Trust classification. It was built circa 1889 and designed by Charles Webb. Webb also designed Melbourne Grammar, The Windsor Hotel, The South Melbourne Town Hall, The Royal Arcade Mandeville Hall and The Charsfield.
Allure creates a design of modern terraces that are built from quality materials but with a reference to the colour, texture and form of Cumnock House and its surroundings.
