The DSF Mortgage Fund (the 'Fund') has been established as an unregistered managed investment scheme (unit trust) to provide investors with a mortgage investment opportunity generating an attractive return for a period of up to 2 years.

The Fund was closed fully subscribed in January 2010 with monies contributed to the Fund on-loaned to a related party. The loan to the related party is secured by a subsequent-ranking mortgage granted by the related party over real property held. The mortgage held by the Fund over the real property is subordinated to a first ranking mortgage held by the related party's senior financier.

Applications for new units in the Fund are now closed, however the Trustee of the Fund may open the Fund for investment at a later date if desired.
