Michael Drapac is the founding shareholder and Executive Director of Drapac Consulting, a private property investment, development and consultancy firm based in Melbourne. Michael established the group in 1988 and has been involved in the property market for over 25 years and is held in high esteem by his peers for his attention to detail, research techniques, dedication to risk minimisation and visionary thinking.

Michael also has a background in health sciences with degrees in Biochemistry and Pathology, and Nutrition and Food Chemistry. This has shaped Michael's approach to applying scientific rigour in analysing and understanding the property market and what makes it tick.
