Ashley has worked for Drapac since 1996, and was identified and employed by Michael while still completing his tertiary degree.

Ashley heads the acquisition team at Drapac and is responsible for sourcing, researching and assessing property purchases, performing contract negotiations and securing finance for projects, as well as advising on property disposal and market fundamentals.
